Spring Term

Spring term will run from 7th January 2008 until 20th March 2008

Year 12 Mock Examinations

Mock examinations for pupils in Year 12 will commence on  08/01/08 and run until 18/01/08. Normal timetable will resume on Monday 21/01/08. Access examination timetable here.

Open Nights 28th & 29th January

  Prospective pupils and their parentsguardians can get a taste of school life and have the opportunity to meet with teachers and pupils who presently attend the school.

Half Term Break

The spring half term will be on 14th & 15th February 2008. There will be INSET for staff on 18th & 19th February 2008. Pupils will not be required to attend school on those days.

Easter Holidays

Students will be on holiday from 21st March 2008 until 28th March 2008 (inclusive)

Summer Term

The summer term will run from 31st March 2008 until 27th June 2008 (inclusive)

Bank Holidays

The two bank holidays this year will be on Monday 5th May 2008 and Monday 26th May 2008

Access to the new School Building on Castle Park Road.

Year 11 internal examinations run from Friday 23rd May until Friday 30th May inclusive.

Years 8, 9 and 10 internal examinations 29th and 30th May.

Transition 10

Transition 10 - Year 10 explore and enhance their employability skills with the help of the Royal Navy, Bright Futures and the Construction Industry Training Board.
